ABB Inc. in the United States is hiring an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery, remote in the United States.

This role focuses on driving new business development with OEMs in ABB's Motion Drive Products portfolio, including drives and automation solutions; and will develop 1-3 year growth plans and expand ABB's market share in targeted accounts. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of OEM business development experience, technical knowledge of VFDs, micro drives, PLCs, and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Proven OEM business development and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions.
Strong hunter mindset with success growing revenue in competitive OEM markets.
Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation solutions, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery.
Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts and map decision-makers.
Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM in Salesforce; collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business.
Monitor industry trends and translate market needs into actionable growth plans.
