Job summary

Bloom Talent is seeking a Workplace & Experience Coordinator to join our New York team in SoHo. This in-office role demands high energy, ownership, and a passion for hospitality as you manage two NYC offices, vendor relations, onboarding, seating, and events.

You will help onboard new hires, greet guests, coordinate with recruiting, and support a move into a larger space, with additional light IT support and event planning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in workplace, office operations, hospitality, or a similar people-facing role.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, quick turnarounds, and decisive action.
• Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Outgoing, warm, and high EQ, with a genuine love for getting to know people.
• Hospitality mindset with a five-star standard of service and initiative.

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple vendors and projects.
• Flexible with hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and events.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with building management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face of the NYC offices, greeting guests and interview candidates.
• Own vendor relationships across two office spaces and manage urgent needs.
• Triaging building and office issues and dispatching to vendors/building partners.
• Support new hire onboarding and conduct weekly office tours.
• Register visitors and new employees with building management for access.
• Manage seating and space needs for a growing team.
• Provide light IT support for employees in the office.
• Support transition into a significantly larger office and momentary spaces.
• Assist with team events, meals, and office celebrations to foster community.
• Jump into new projects and elevate the workplace experience.
