impact.com in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Experience Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of our ~200‑person NYC office. You will blend hands‑on facilities work with strategic planning, hospitality, and event execution to create a welcoming, efficient workplace for employees and visitors.

In this role you will manage budgets, oversee vendors, coordinate IT and AV needs, and drive workplace programs aligned with company goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in office/workplace operations, facilities, or employee experience.
• Experience managing multiple budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent relationship building and communication across executive levels.
• Hands‑on and strategic thinker with after‑hours support willingness.

Mansioni

• Own day‑to‑day NYC office operations for ~200 employees and visitors.
• Oversee mail, supplies, equipment, conference room logistics, and IT coordination.
• Lead hospitality programs from reception to meeting‑room readiness.
