Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy and/or digital strategy, with hair/beauty brand experience desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct-management experience.
• Deep understanding of creator/influencer ecosystems and major platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
• Experience translating marketing objectives into elevated creator programs with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Brand Clients across creator programs, ensuring clarity and excellence in execution.
• Provide exceptional client service and proactive communications to build long-term trust.
• Partner with Brand Client Leads and teams to influence strategic direction and lead planning.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate brand priorities into actionable creator-first strategies for awareness and conversion.
• Develop integrated creator strategy including creator mix, platform approach, and content direction.
• Translate reporting into actionable insights and strategic recommendations tied to KPIs.
• Provide forward-looking, data-informed recommendations to evolve creator strategy.
• Mentor and manage a team to grow future strategic leaders.
