Influential is seeking a Director, Integrated Strategy in NYC to lead integrated creator strategy for Luxury/Prestige Brand Clients. You will guide strategy, manage day-to-day client relationships, and collaborate across Creator Management, Creative, and Data & Reporting to align with business goals.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, translate brand priorities into creator-first programs, and mentor a team to elevate strategic leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy and/or digital strategy, with 2+ years of luxury/prestige brands experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Brand Client(s) across creator marketing programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
