Job summary

Influential, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Client Management in New York. You will be the primary contact for campaign execution, aligning client goals with team capabilities to ensure performance and satisfaction.

You will lead multi-faceted influencer marketing strategies across diverse sectors, partner with internal teams, mentor account managers, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in agency, marketing-tech or a start-up.
• Direct experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience leading multi-faceted marketing campaigns across creators, media and social.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-faceted influencer marketing strategies across clients with varying budgets and complexity.
• Partner with Client Solution Leads to identify growth opportunities and manage day-to-day execution.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Instagram, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align client needs and processes.
• Represent the client and define the right approach to achieve success and results.
• Mentor account managers and promote collaboration.
• Navigate execution challenges and propose thoughtful solutions to roadblocks.
• Create materials for the account management team and improve campaign processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance to provide optimization recommendations.
