Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast. This hunter role requires building executive relationships and launching partnerships from scratch across assigned health systems.

You will own the full lifecycle from prospecting to launch, leveraging your network to create a robust pipeline and drive growth while collaborating with Clinical, Operations, Legal, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven business development leader with network of health system executives and physician leaders.
• Energetic hunter who builds partnerships from ground up, not managing existing accounts.
• 7+ years of enterprise partnerships with health systems or IDNs.
• Ability to forecast opportunities and manage a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health systems and align Talkiatry's value with priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of territory landscape to shape strategy.
• Represent Talkiatry at conferences and cross-functional collaboration.
