Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast. This individual contributor role requires hunter instincts, executive relationship-building, and the ability to develop partnerships from ground up.

You will own the partnership lifecycle, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and executives to launch collaborations that improve access to behavioral health across the territory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise health system partnerships experience.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing opportunities.
• Experience presenting to senior health system leaders.
• Knowledge of referral workflows and health system operations.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Manage lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive relationships with physician leaders and C-suite.
• Navigate large health system orgs to align Talkiatry's value.
• Represent Talkiatry at conferences and industry forums.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch partnerships.
• Maintain territory knowledge and pipeline management.
