Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships within the Northeast territory. This is an individual contributor hunter role focused on opening doors, building executive relationships, and establishing partnerships from ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a network of health system executives, an ability to prospect and drive opportunities through launch, and a deep understanding of clinical operations and referral workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise partnerships with health systems or similar.
• Proven track record in sourcing, developing and closing partnerships.
• Experience building executive relationships across health system leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health system organizations and align Talkiatry's value.
