Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director (individual contributor) to lead new health system partnerships within the Northeast. You will hunt for opportunities, build executive relationships, and launch partnerships from scratch across health systems.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in enterprise partnerships, a rich network among health-system executives, and a proven ability to move opportunities from outreach to launch.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise partnerships with health systems, IDNs, or similar.
Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing new opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, prioritize, and secure new health system partnerships.
Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch with accountability for growth goals.
Leverage executive relationships to create long-term strategic partnerships across physician leaders and operational teams.
Navigate complex health system organizations and align Talkiatry's value with strategic priorities.
Represent Talkiatry at industry events to expand market presence and opportunities.
