Job summary

Talkiatry is expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care by partnering with health systems. We seek a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new partnerships in the Northeast, an energetic hunter role focused on opening doors and building executive relationships.

You will develop a robust health-system pipeline, drive end-to-end partnership launches, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and Leadership to achieve growth goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise partnerships with health systems or similar.
• Proven ability to independently source, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Strong executive presence with healthcare leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, prioritize, and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch with accountable growth.
• Build executive connections with physicians, operational leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health systems and align Talkiatry’s value with priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of territory dynamics to shape strategy and pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to structure and launch partnerships.
