Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships in the Northeast, remotely across the United States. This hunter role requires opening doors, building executive relationships, and launching partnerships with health systems and physician leaders.

Target candidates have 7+ years in enterprise partnerships, strong prospecting skills, and a track record of ownership from outreach through launch. Limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems.
• Experience building executive relationships with clinical and operational leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate complex health system organizations and align Talkiatry's value.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the regional health system landscape.
• Lead pipeline management to consistently create new opportunities.
• Represent Talkiatry at conferences and professional networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch partnerships.
• Drive opportunities forward with ownership and accountability.
