Job summary

Invenco by GVR, a Vontier company, seeks a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for North America retail automation projects. As part of Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture, you will be a key liaison expanding regional product culture and knowledge.

You will lead discovery with cross-functional teams, develop regional roadmaps, and drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans and keeping competitive insights current.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA as an advantage).
• Proven product / business development background.
• Executive presence and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering roadmaps on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region at all levels (incl. C-level).
• Lead the discovery phase with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives on the due platform.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth of products through Marketing Led Opportunities.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio in the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competition positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update the solution value proposition and run experiments/research.
• Support sales with proposals, RFIs/RFQs/presentations requiring architectural ownership.
• Own internal and external solution communications (demos, trainings, etc.).
