Job summary

Invenco by GVR within Vontier is seeking a Solution Owner for North America to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for retail automation. You will collaborate with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and drive regional growth.

You will engage with customers at various levels, including C-suite, and support sales with market-ready solution proposals while maintaining competitive awareness and external communications.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing; MBA is a plus.
• Proven product/business development background.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for regional customers at all levels, including C-level.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to define needs.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth through Marketing Led Opportunities.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Maintain knowledge of competition positioning for benchmarking.
• Organize and update solution value propositions and run experiments.
• Support sales with proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and architectural ownership.
• Own internal and external solution communication flows (demos, trainings).
