Job summary

Invenco by GVR, part of Vontier, seeks a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for North America retail automation. You will partner with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture to drive regional roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.

You will lead discovery with cross-functional teams, shape go-to-market plans, and support sales with architecture-level guidance, delivering on time while managing budgets and scope.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing; MBA an advantage.
• Proven product or business development background.
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmaps on time, within scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the key regional contact for customers at all levels, including executives.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to define needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
• Drive growth via Marketing Led Opportunities for the products.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and benchmark positioning.
• Organize and update the solution value proposition; run experiments and research.
• Support sales around proposals, RFIs/RFQs with deep architectural ownership.
• Own internal and external solution communications, demos and trainings.
