Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA an advantage).
• Proven product/business development background.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Track record of delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge of Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead the discovery phase with cross-functional team to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives for the platform.
• Drive growth through Marketing Led Opportunities (MLOs).
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the complete solution portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of competition and benchmark positioning.
