Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a NOC Technician to join our Network Operations Center in Oregon. You will monitor networks, manage incidents, and provide frontline support to customers and vendors, ensuring service continuity.

The role requires strong incident management, fault isolation, and familiarity with IP networks, BGP, LTE signaling, and network troubleshooting. You will work rotating shifts to support 7x24 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Network Operations Center or similar operational support environment.
• Familiar with LTE signaling (Diameter, S8, S6a) and SIP call flows.
• Proficient in IP networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network surveillance systems, respond to alarms and manage a phone queue of direct support calls.
• Manage and resolve incident tickets.
• Provide direct support to customers to mitigate service impact from network events.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and incident management for SS7, SIP, Diameter, IPX, IP networks.
