Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a skilled NOC Technician for its Network Operations Center. You will answer customer calls, document incidents, isolate issues and coordinate resolution to minimize service impact across IPX, IP networks and signaling platforms.

The role requires experience in an NOC or similar setting, strong knowledge of LTE, SIP and BGP, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Network Operations Center or similar Operational Support environment.
• Knowledge of LTE technologies including Diameter, S8, S6a.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network surveillance systems, respond to alarms and manage a phone queue taking direct support calls from customers and vendors.
• Manage and resolve assigned incident tickets.
• Provide direct support to internal and external customers to mitigate service impact from network events.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and incident management for SS7, SIP, Diameter signaling, IPX and IP networks.
