Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to ensure smooth check-in/out, maintain guest records, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will handle reservations, payments, and inquiries, balance cash, perform night audit duties between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and coordinate with housekeeping to resolve issues while maintaining a warm, professional front desk presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in using property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest reservations and records.
• Ability to work independently and follow established hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Maintain guest records and run front desk reports.
• Balance the day’s cash and reconcile ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to address guest issues.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports and conduct end-of-shift procedures.
