Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and balance cash.
• Post charges for rooms and services to ledgers.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations, answer guest inquiries.
• Perform night audit tasks and ensure end-of-day procedures.
