Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Night Audit to ensure smooth check-in and check-out, maintain guest records, and deliver outstanding service at the Fenwick Island front desk. You will handle inquiries, payments, and reservations while supporting front office operations.

The role requires proficiency with property management systems, accuracy in records, and strong customer service skills. Evening/weekend shifts and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and set up payment methods.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage room availability in the PMS.
• Process charges and payments, balance cash, and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Issue room keys and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
