duties include room assignment, payment verification, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth overnight operation. Strong customer service and basic bookkeeping are preferred; applicable PMS proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions helpful.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payments and process credit authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
