Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and reset systems for the next day. You will perform Guest Service Agent tasks, handle guest inquiries, and uphold accuracy in records and reports.

The role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, strong computer and arithmetic skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends. Benefits include competitive wages and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training is required.
• Computer knowledge, Excel and arithmetic skills are required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers; reconcile and transmit credit cards timely.
