Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset systems for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks.

The growth path includes roles in Front Office supervision and accounting support. You’ll balance accounts, reconcile cashiers, and assist guests with inquiries, aiming to boost overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Night audit experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer skills, Excel and arithmetic required.
• FSD certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and uphold standards.
