Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and perform Guest Service Agent tasks for nightly operations. You will audit cashiers, reconcile credit cards, and prepare daily reports while assisting guests and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior night audit or accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel and arithmetic. Flexible schedules and opportunities across full-time/part-time roles are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Record room availability and guest accounts manually or with a computer.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions timely.
• Input and update financial data into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction scores.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
