Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly financials and settle accounts while supporting guest service operations. You will reconcile cash, audit credit card activity, and maintain files for the next business day.

The role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong arithmetic skills. This on-site position offers part-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge, Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support overall guest satisfaction and safety protocols.
