Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, while handling guest service tasks and updating guest records. You will prepare daily reports and audit cashiers, with responsibilities covering nightly operations and safety practices.

The role may require weekend or holiday shifts, standing for extended periods, and using the BRAINS network to input financial data. Growth paths include Front Office leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards.
