Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Construction exposure is a plus.
• 2+ years inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new home construction.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.

• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete data.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and financing to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team with best practices.
