Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a qualified Sales Representative for new home sales in Katy, TX. The role demands a proven track record in new home construction sales and a strong business development background. Transition candidates from construction management are welcome.

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, are required. You will guide buyers through mortgage or financing, lot purchases, home finishes, and the building process to a successful closing, while coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience (new construction sales preferred).
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using standard processes.
• Create urgency to encouraging a decision to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up.
• Meet buyers and guide them through mortgage, lot, and building processes to closing.
• Coach and support other sales team members with knowledge and best practices.
• Use proven sales processes to build rapport and discover buyer needs.
• Differentiate homes by presenting our building process and value to buyers.
• Qualify buyers financially through understanding finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA).
• Work 5 days per week, Saturdays required.
