Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Exposure to construction field-operations (Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager) is desirable.
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction.
• Familiar with prospecting, sales, and closing techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, PC, and teamwork skills.
• Real estate license not required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy.
• Register prospects with complete demographic information and follow up with buyers.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations at purchase.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot, finishes, and building processes to closing.
• Provide coaching and support for the sales team.
• Use proven sales processes to build rapport and determine buyer needs and timing.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and focusing on buyer needs.
• Qualify buyers financially through understanding financing programs and tax benefits.
