Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree or Associate (Business, Marketing, etc).
• 2+ years of solid inside-outside sales experience, preferably in new construction home sales.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills.

• Overcome objections using proven processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, finishes, and building process to closing.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support for the sales team.
