Food Management Search, Inc. in Katy, TX seeks a Sales Representative for new home sales. The role requires proven sales success in new home construction or related industries and a strong business development approach.

Prior construction management exposure is a plus. Responsibilities include handling objections, creating urgency, guiding buyers through mortgage and construction steps to closing, and coaching the sales team. 5 days a week, with Saturdays required.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Exposure to construction field-operations is desirable (Superintendent, Field Engineer, Construction Manager, etc).
• Solid inside-outside sales experience (2+ years) with new construction home sales preferred.

Mansioni

• Overcome objections to the sale using established processes.
• Create urgency to buy and register prospects with complete demographic information.
• Guide buyers through mortgage, lot purchase, and construction process to closing.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Differentiate homes by presenting the building process and meeting buyers' needs.
• Qualify buyers financially with understanding of conventional, FHA, VA programs.
