Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support launches and demand generation across assigned geographies. TBMs will collaborate with local and regional teams to align customer strategies and engagement with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies.

We seek candidates with strong neurology and biologics sales backgrounds, excellent collaboration skills, and an oriented focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree is required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and field partners.
• Able to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy per launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned HCPs and staff in the territory.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and CRM effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity timely.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies and approved messages.
