Job summary

argenx SE in the United States is expanding its Neurology Franchise and adding Territory Business Manager roles to support upcoming launches and indication expansion. The TBM for Neurology will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand through healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers across the assigned geography. Candidates must have a B.S.

or B.A. degree and 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, with neurology knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred and proven track record in sales.
• Experience launching products and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, with possible overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance policies and approved sales messages.
