Job summary

argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise and adding Territory Business Manager roles to support launches in the Detroit area. The TBM will work with the Neurology TBM team to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers, while aligning with local launch priorities and compliance requirements.

The role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset to deliver on sales objectives and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, with neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge in Detroit area is preferred.
• Proven track record of top sales performance and launches.
• Ability to plan, organize and execute sales strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local and regional TBMs and cross-functional partners.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet or exceed sales and launch objectives; leverage market tools and CRM.
• Submit timely account plans and activity; comply with policies.
