argenx SE is expanding its Neurology Franchise and is hiring Territory Business Managers to support upcoming launches and indication expansion across Michigan. TBMs will drive demand generation by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers, working closely with local TBMs to align customer strategy and execution.

The role requires travel, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Collaborate with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize CRM and market tools effectively.
• Submit timely account plans and activity reports.
• Adhere to compliance policies and approved messages.
