Job summary

argenx is expanding its Neurology Franchise and adding Territory Business Manager (TBM) roles to support launches and indication expansion. TBMs will work with the Neurology team to drive demand generation by engaging healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies, while partnering with local and regional colleagues.

The TBM will focus on launch delivery, territory planning, and cross-functional alignment, reporting to the Business Leader.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Adaptability in a changing environment.
• Experience with product launches.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to coordinate engagement.
• Engage with assigned healthcare professionals and staff.
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Utilize market tools and resources effectively.
• Submit account plans and activity in CRM.
• Adhere to argenx compliance and approved messages.
