Serco Inc. in the United States is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and managing ship alterations and post-delivery activities across multiple programs.

You will collaborate with Navy customers, planning schedules, budgets, and execution of IPDA, PDA, FOA, and PSA windows, ensuring milestones, cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining security clearance.

Competenze

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) technical specification and alterations to ships.

Lead our PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
Manage projects and related task orders with high technical expertise.
Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations/Ship Changes by installation teams.
Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA).
Coordinate PD events including CSLO and SOVT.
Conduct cost management and budgeting across programs.
Provide analysis of shipyard progress data and advise clients on HM&E and C5ISR systems.
Lead and mentor teams and ensure qualification/training records are complete.
Interface with NAVSEA, NIWC, NAVAIR On-Site Installation Coordinators and planning yards.
