Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking an experienced Client Services Operations Administrator to manage inbound/outbound inquiries, set performance standards, and mentor a team of Client Service Administrators.

This role requires strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, driving process improvements, and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred but equivalent work experience acceptable.
• 3-5 years client management experience.
• Experience in sales and billing helpful.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency with client and partner concerns.
• Strategic and innovative thinking.
• Experience in project management, leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn new business unit software programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with field and subcontractors about assigned accounts.
• Explain and implement requested process improvements from clients.
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate levels within the company.
• Resolve client pain points and proactively address potential failures.
• Ensure 40+ hour work weeks and occasional weekends as required.
• Build expertise in assigned verticals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex administrative and service issues for customer satisfaction.
