Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with implementation of best service delivery protocols and corrective action plans. You will coach and develop Operations leaders to empower Technicians and drive customer satisfaction.

The role involves site assessments, cross-functional collaboration with National Accounts and Sales, and ongoing process improvements to enhance performance and retention across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in biological sciences preferred; BCE or ACE highly preferred.
• Strong project and change management, plus in-depth communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations, National Accounts, and Sales.
• Conduct site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations and develop action plans.
• Coach Branch leaders and technicians to improve pest management competency and service delivery.
