Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive client satisfaction, and support sales growth. You will oversee daily routing, field operations, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior service to clients
• Direct staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care
• Responsible for basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting clients, assisting specialists, and partnering with sales for business development
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as required
