Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive service excellence, and meet sales and revenue goals. The role includes directing operations, monitoring client care, and coordinating with the sales team for business development.

The candidate will travel within the territory to meet clients and support the field team, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior client service.
• Direct staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance: revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel across territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and work with sales.
• Maintain flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
