Job summary

Rentokil seeks a Subject matter expert in pest control strategies to support Operations with best practice service delivery and issue resolution. You will coach leaders, develop technicians, and lead actions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with National Accounts and Sales, data-driven problem solving, and ongoing process optimization across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences preferred
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related structural pest management experience
• 2+ years of Structural Pest Management field experience
• 1+ years of management experience required

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations to ensure targets are met
• Perform site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestation and assist deployment of action plans
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions and recommendations
• Coach Branch leaders to improve pest management competency and develop front line Technicians and sales colleagues
• Develop SMART goals to improve service quality and monitor execution of action plans
• Drive technical improvements to protocols and service delivery to boost customer retention and efficiency
• Identify projects to drive improvements across people, processes, and technology
• Advise and support sales teams in business acquisition and customer experience improvements
• Engage in industry associations and events to advance the field and Rentokil leadership
