Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader to oversee day-to-day operations of 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring safe, efficient store performance and a high-quality customer experience. You will recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers and shifts, driving growth and improving processes across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams and multi-location operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong data-driven approach with Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Own day-to-day operations onsite for 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Drive market metrics and growth plans to improve quality, storefront reliability, efficiency and profitability.
• Lead change management and cross-functional collaboration to implement best practices.
• Delight customers by providing tools, resources, and support to the team.
