Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a hands-on Site Operations Manager to lead DashMart facilities, focusing on safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team and guide day-to-day activities on site.

Accountable for 4–6 DashMart locations, you’ll drive key metrics—quality, reliability, efficiency and profitability—through process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and strong change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site Managers and staff (4+ direct reports).
• Own day-to-day operations of 4–6 DashMart locations onsite.
• Drive operational efficiencies, quality, and profitability through process improvements and KPIs.
• Champion change management and cross-functional collaboration to support growth.
