Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused operations leader to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations, building and guiding a multi-site team to deliver fast, reliable service. You’ll own daily onsite operations, drive key metrics, implement scalable processes, and champion a culture of safety and improvement across sites.

This role requires 3+ years in operations or retail management, strong data skills, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7 business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in operations, retail/warehouse management, or strategy.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees and/or multi-locations.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing site leadership team (4+ direct reports) and 30+ indirect reports.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across 4–6 DashMart locations onsite.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and safety via process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale sites with demand.
