Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to lead DashMart facilities. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, onsite managing 4–6 locations to ensure processes run smoothly, safely, and profitably.

You will drive improvements, collaborate with central teams, and own culture change, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions, customer delight, and scalable operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams of 15+ employees and multi-location sites.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead site managers, assistant site managers, shift leads, and operations staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite at 4–6 DashMart locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive process improvements with cross-functional partners.
