Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader and experienced operations professional to head select DashMart facilities. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team and spend significant time onsite at 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and profitability.

You’ll drive improvements, manage culture, and ensure top customer experiences with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading teams and multi-location operations is required.
• Must be reasonably commutable to a DashMart in the advertised location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations onsite at 4–6 DashMart locations, driving efficiency, quality, safety and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and pilots with cross-functional partners to boost operational metrics.
• Own site culture and change management, promoting best practices and frontline insights.
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure best customer experiences on every order.
