Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to oversee 4–6 DashMart locations. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team while owning day-to-day operations and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

You will strategize process improvements, drive cross-functional initiatives, and champion a culture of ownership and excellence. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, rapid problem-solving, and a data-driven approach to meet evolving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• You are within a reasonably commutable distance to a DashMart in the advertised location.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, coach and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Associates (30+ indirect reports).
• Own day-to-day operations across 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability through growth plans and data-driven improvements.
• Lead change management and activate frontline insights to influence cross-functional decisions.
• Collaborate with central teams to deliver the best customer experience on every order.
