Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a people-focused leader and operations expert to oversee multiple DashMart facilities. You will recruit and coach a large team, own day-to-day onsite operations for 4–6 locations, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Led teams of 15+ employees and/or multi-locations.
• Ability to manage 4–6 DashMart locations onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach & retain a high-performing team (Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Shift Leads, Operations Associates).
• Own day-to-day operations onsite across 4–6 DashMart locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Drive market metrics: quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, profitability; implement growth plans.
• Execute process improvement pilots with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of best practices.
• Maintain site culture and engage frontline teams to inform cross-functional decisions.
• Collaborate with central teams to deliver best customer experience on every order.
